Michael Scherzinger went through a classical education in the industry. After his studies he focused on management systems. This included sophisticated improvement systems and, since about two decades, compliance management. He was the manager responsible for these fields at a large international packaging company.

He gained experience as a member of national and international technical committees and held many lectures.
